We currently offer shipping services across India. Orders placed through our website are processed within one to two business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification via email or SMS containing the order details. Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be shared so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Standard delivery is typically completed within seven to ten business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may vary based on your location, especially in remote or rural areas. During peak seasons, natural calamities, or logistical disruptions, there may be unavoidable delays. In such cases, we will inform you and work closely with our courier partners to expedite the delivery.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout. We may offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be clearly indicated on the website. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee may apply based on the delivery address and package weight.

In case the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to our facility. Re-dispatch can be arranged upon request, and additional charges may apply in such cases.
If you receive a shipment that appears to be tampered with or damaged, we strongly advise you to refuse delivery and immediately contact our support team with photographs of the parcel. We will initiate an internal investigation and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
