1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Request Window

You must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable). Our support team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process.

4. Return Pick-Up and Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will schedule a pick-up through our logistics partner. You must ensure the product is securely packed for safe transit. In areas not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you may be asked to ship the item manually.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items on clearance or marked “final sale”

Used, washed, or damaged products

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Any item that is not inits original condition

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can instead proceed with a return request after delivery if eligible.

8. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order after receiving your refund.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs for verification and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
